About my Yorkies

I am a well known breeder in the Klerksdorp, North-West. My Yorkies are considered family members and I always have litters that will be for sale on the Internet/Facebook. Pet Coax Yorkies is a small very selective kennel which aims to better the quality of our Yorkshire Terriers with each generation. All our Yorkies are KUSA registered with excellent bloodlines. We would like to think of ourselves as CONNOISSEUR BREEDERS.

We are dedicated to health and happiness of our home reared puppies and therefore only sell puppies to carefully selected pet lovers.

I believe that Yorkies are small people and they must be treated accordingly. Yorkies, as any owner will tell you, are unlike any other breed. The very name conjures a mental picture of a playfully-natured, toy-like, immensely-huggable and very determined little dog! Our little darlings are lovingly raised in our home and spoiled rotten. My babies grow up with lots of interaction with us. This gives them a totally different personality and it makes a big difference in the way they interact with their new "parents". I offer good aftercare and am more than willing to assist wherever I can.

My story began with me wanting my own “brand and label” wanting a beautiful small loveable creature that will be “mine”. Linka was our first Yorkie, and what surprise! She made me realise what I have missed all these years! This little girl had the heart of lion, yet, be ever so gentle, playful but confidant and with an incurable zest for life! Yorkies are true companions and friends. I was hooked, and got her a little male companion, and another, the rest is history! Even after all this time, I am still amazed to see how each develop, have a total unique personality and cannot imagine life without them!

Coax means speaking kindly or petting. I chose the name Pet Coax for my kennel, because each Yorkie, has it's own unique character and need to be pampered. They are a treat to work with. I've come across a lot of people that said. "once you had a yorkie, you'll always want a yorkie. I pride myself in giving the best before and after sale service.

Breeding Principles

Our Breeding principal is to improve on the breed, producing superb quality, healthy happy puppies.

All babies are registered with KUSA (Kennel Union of Southern Africa), are de-wormed and inoculated.

While striving to improve the breed we also do selective breeding to produce exotic colours.

Exotic colors

I have a special affinity for the unique colours found within the breed, yorkies born black and tan that change colour more than the norm,

Becoming quicksilver or stay almost pitch black, but in particular "chocolate" and "golden" Yorkies, which, contrary to some peoples believe are registered by KUSA.

It differs to the breed standard color, and will not be considered for show purposes.

Stud Services

Stud services are available to selected registered females.
